muze abhi dilivery ko 40 din ho gye aj fir se bleeding ho ri kuch dino pehle tk nhi ho ri thi mere mn me doubt ata hai internal to khi kuch hua nhi take to nhi tut gye muze chalne me koi dikkt nhi hoti pr bed se uthne pr khichav mehsus hota hai uper ke take mere achhe hai plz help me
