muje apna breast milk store karna ho to kese kru??aur store kiya hua milk kese use me liya ja sakta he??freeze me store kiya hoga to use boil krke???kese

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. hi you can Store breast milk in refrigerator for up to 24 hours before feeding . do not warm the breast milk or reheat. just put the milk bottle in a warm water vessel to bring it to normal temperature before feeding

No you need not to boil the milk you need to take some more time add some water to it and heat it when it is boiling switch off the flame put the container containing the milk inside it for two were three minutes it will be little Luke warm you can store it in the container is available for breast milk there are many brands available you can choose any
