mri baby 4 month 4 days ki h through c section. kya main daily household work kr skti hu mopping with mop stick and all heavy work?

A. Hai good afternoon !! It takes 5-6 months to recover from delivery mostly c-section avoid heavy works, weight lifting, washing clothes, bending, standing long hours, mopping. You can do normal chores but avoid mopping, washing clothes, weight lifting for 2 more months. Consult Gynaecologist once for physical check up after 5 months of delivery.
