Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can always give food other than milk which is rich in calcium calcium it is also available in good amount in pulses and cereals and fruits. also richley present in green leafy vegetables ragi,soyabean,chickpea,nuts, dryfruits,seeds,beans,lentils non vegetarian food as well as eggs fish contain good amount of calcium. if the above diet is given properly no need to give calcium supplements to the child
