Mom of 1.5 month old baby. initially I have taken lactation granules and lactare tablet to kick start lactation. now I feel a dip in milk supply, shall I take galact granules along with lactare tablet for 4 months hereafter. Is there any side effect. kindly guide

It is good to take one thing at a time do not unnecessarily take much of lactation supplements you know it would not be very good idea to take a lot of them just take one which is helping you whether it is granules powder or tablet whatever is suitable for you
