it is Infection which needs proper medication
so please visit your pediatrician for once.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving heavy ,oily , spicy food and outside food items.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer
