meri daughter 20 month old hai usko wet cough and cold hai or tonsillitis problem bhi h vo 6,7 din se khana bilkul bhi nhi kha rahi or na hi fruits juice kya ye cough cold me babies aesa hi karte hai itne dino tak unka khana nhi khana normal hai?

A. please give kufril LS drops to the baby is h xCold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time
