It will be almost 1 year for your delivery so u can easily have urad daal ..
Infact now you can have all the foods just keep a watch if the food suits you or not
Try to have chola rajma chana urad daal during day time and moong daal during night

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also yes you can have urad dal in some amount and if it suits to you and your baby then you can slowly increase the amount. also add Hong in urad dal too.
