NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy9 months agoA. hello u shpuld hace aoft easily food in the diet which shoupd be good n safe for u also n exclusively breastfeed the baby till the baby is 6 months n incase the bm is not enough give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
