meri beti Subha se 4,5 baar vomiting kar chuki h .or kal evening se kuch kha bhi nhi rhi h ache se. kya hua h ise

A. it might be because of this hot weather that child is having indigestion I would recommend you to give nimbu pani this will help to reduce the problem of vomiting and it will also help to improve digestion
