A. baby's skin colour is genetic and as same as their parents or family, if parents have clear skin then baby will get the same by time... no cream or oil will change the colour but yes you can make skin glowing or healthy by feeding baby right food. and for glowing skin you can massage baby with milk cream before bath and use body wash for bathing.
