A. Hai good afternoon !! Skin complexion depends on herditary ,melanin content. It changes due to tanning,most observed in toddlers as they wander on floor due to physical milestones ,crawling ... Use milk cream for massaging ,Neo bar soap is good for lightening skin complexion.
