A. If your daughter's vaccination card is misplaced and you're unsure about the vaccinations, it's important to ensure she gets the necessary ones. For a 5-year-old, the following vaccines are typically recommended: 1. DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis) booster: This is usually given at 5 years. 2. OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine): If the booster dose hasn't been given yet. 3. Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR): Check if the second dose has been given. 4. Hepatitis A: The second dose may be due. 5. Varicella (Chickenpox): If not already done, this might be part of the vaccination schedule. Since vaccines may vary depending on the country and health guidelines, it's crucial to consult your pediatrician to ensure your child is up-to-date on all vaccinations. They can also help you determine if any missed doses need to be rescheduled.
