Write a mix some antiseptic liquid into warm water and clean that area property with that and mild soap any good mild soap that you use like Himalaya or something and apply coconut oil or Boroline septic cream maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene still if the problem is there then consult the doctor as it could be due to an infection
