You should first consult a pediatric dentist to check for cavities. If the discolouration is due to inadequate brushing then get a round of professional cleaning done. If the consultant advises toothpaste then do the needful.

please use the baby special brush only to brush her teeth.
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning..
