meri bachi jab bhi khana khati hai or pani piti hai uske baad pet mai pani hilne ke jaise aawaj aati hai. half bottle pani ki jaise sound karti hilane ke bad same. is it any serious issue. plz suggest me

avoid spicy and oily food.
make sure your child is having good fibre diet.
offer more liquids and fruits

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further assistance. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Give your baby easily digestible homemade healthy foods and keep hydrated.
