meri bacchi ko eyes me bahot kichad aara h... or eyes halki red hori h.. she is 5 year old me kya du use n esa kis wajah se hora h?

Clean the eyes regularly with cold water that is going to help and still if you see the problem is persisting redness is is there then you should get it examined with your doctor maybe your child rub the eyes or maybe due to some irritation or infection so better to check with your doctor once
