meri baby ki left eyes kabhi kabhi kuch sec ke liye tirchi jati hai.. phir normal ho jata hai.. kya ye normal hai? she is 19 month old

Reasons it's happening. Babies are human, and humans rub their eyes in response to all kinds of environmental allergens and emotional cues. It's not unusual to see a baby rubbing their eyes, so don't panic. But it can mean they're in some kind of discomfort or distress.
