Shefali jaiswalMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. start with fruit purees, don't offer anything with watery texture. u can give ragi milk it's very beneficial n also try ragi porridge with apple or banana. give dal soaked n properly cooked u can add any vegetable like lauki pumkin n mash the whole thing. dal water n rice water is just water so give proper daal rice just maashe it n make runny texture not watery
