A. only 2 time she vomited but she's also take cough cold medicine kya mujhe fir se dr ko consult Krna chahiye kyuki 48 hr se jyda ho gye usne kl bhi thoda sa vomit kiya tha aaj 2 times ki kl maine dr se examination krwaya tha kya mujhe use phir se dr ko dikhana chahiye banki uski activities normal h to plz suggest mai kya kru?

A. it is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger signs like severe headache or excessive crying or excessive vomiting or abnormal movements or lethargy or seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination. if none of above danger signs are present then you can follow wait and watch policy for pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head. also apply ice locally.
