start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food.

You should start with Darel water and rice water you can give about empty teaspoons to start with and can increase if your child likes it slowly you can shift all kind of vegetables khichadi along with that you should start with variety of Suji and oats and vegetable purée is also very important
