it is hard to say anything without examining your child.
but if your child looks happy and active,eat and sleep well then no need to worry about it.
although observe your child for next 48 hours.
if there is symptoms like fever, irritability, breathing difficulty, dazzineess, low appetite, vomiting, diaherra etc then please visit your nearest pediatrician immediately.
