mere c section ko 5 month hogya mujhe aksar tight stool and painful stool ki problem hojati h please suggest some home remedy precautions and reason

A. constipation post pregnancy is very common. you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity. regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation. important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water.x if constipation doesn't improve it can lead to to piles and bleeding due to its complication many times constipation medicine is prescribed by the gynecologistx if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification. meet your doctor.

A. hi जी हां, डिलीवरी के बाद यह एक आम समस्या है। इसलिए मैं रोजाना खूब पानी पीने की सलाह देता हूं। फाइबर युक्त आहार लें जैसे हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां, फल । जंक फूड का सेवन करने से बचें। रोजाना walking जाएं जो मल त्याग को नियमित करने में मदद करेगा। रोजाना सोने से पहले एक या दो चम्मच घी के साथ गर्म दूध पिएं।
