mere bete ko 6 months complete huye to humne kela Apple papita or gajar or ragi itna food start Kiya hai par vo potty karte waqt ro raha hai or potty hard aati hai to hum kya kar sakte please suggest me

A. ok. hold giving carrot and banana to your baby. give well cooked semi solid food to your baby and feed some water after giving meals. all the very best !!
