mere bete ki eyes se bshut jyada kichad aata h jab kajal lagati hu. to kya krna chahiye

normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.d
use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes
if the child'sd eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye infection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

It’s very normal just clean the eyes regularly with cold water that is going to help us very commonly initially with kids because they sleep for longer duration at a stretch which is by this happens but that’s very normal and natural for kids don’t worry about it just maintain proper hygiene
