Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks.

so just offer variety of dishes to encourage your child.
for example
if a child doesn't like rice ,you can offer khichdi, khichu, dhokla, idli,kheer etc
or you can offer rice with pinch of salt and two three drops of ghee.
eventually he /she will learn to eat it
