shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children2 years agoA. no mom this is not normal at all there is definitely some problem to give there is any kind of redness or swelling or itching to the child in the eyes then definitely you need to consult with the doctor wash the eyes with the tap water again and again do not let you baby touch his eyes with dirty hands
