mere baby bar bar poti kr rhi h ....or uske sath bukhar v h....bar bar bukhar aa rhi h....or baby ka eyes se pani aa rhi h....kya karoo...pls answer me...

A. Hello, your baby boy is 9 months old and he use to poop frequently so he is likely to have a dehydration and mild fever so give him ORS and frequent breast feeding
