don't be tensed as it's totally normal.
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

I have attached detail pic of tooth eruption and tooth Shedding. Every baby has their own milestones. so don't worry. Give a gentle massage to ur baby's gums with clean finger.
