A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain give 3 to 4 meals in a day. you should give foods such as eggs, non veg, pulses, legumes, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts like almonds.

You should give all the family food to the child plus good protein veg and non-veg balance it with moderate amount of fats and carbohydrates in the diet so all in all the healthy food that we eat is the best thing to be given to the child for overall growth if you’re facing a problem then see your doctor please
