mera Son 19 months ka hai use nose nd neck ke pas funsi or usse water discharge vi hota h jise spread vi ho raha h or ghao ki tarah ho gaya h ye 15 dino se h plz btaye hme kya Karna chahiye

A. Hi, Ap vha par bitadin powder lgaiye and don't use any soap there. Bitadin will help in preventing any infection there. Also apply coconut oil all over the body for massaging. Don't use any market bought cream or lotion. This will help you for sure.
