Mera c -section se baby hui but she is no more. muje hlkhasi ho rhi hai jisse stitches mein ho rha hai kya kru please suggest me

Good morning, Eskridge, who underwent two c-sections of her own, experienced the same thing—and offers some useful advice: “Splinting (holding a pillow against the abdomen over the incision) is very helpful in preventing pain with coughs, sneezes and laughing,” she says.
The stitches will dissolve in 1 to 2 weeks, so they will not need to be removed. You may notice pieces of the stitches on your sanitary pad or on the toilet paper when you go to the washroom. This is normal.
Take honey and ginger.
