mera beta jb 15 ya 20 din ka tha tb se uske right eye ke pass white patch dekha tha Maine. ab woh 1.5 year ka hai bt ab bhi uske face pr patch hai. hm kya kre dr. ko dikhaya hai bt woh kuch nhi btate hai khte hai ki theek ho jayega jb woh bda hoga... plz meri problem ko solve kriye...

many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. 
they will persist for fewz weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.

some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.
