mera beta 27 mahine ka hai or amma ABBA k siva kuch nahi kehta. helped what should I do other wise shall I wait for some month

A. If your child under understanding every thing very well enough where that is going to be a very positive sign but still I would recommend you to get a check up done with a speech therapist further more if anything else is required to be done the doctor would be able to help you properly on that
