mera beta 16 march ko 4 year complete ho jayega but uska weight din ba din kam ho rah uska bones dikh raha , kya khilau pilau jo thik ho jaye please tel me

A. balanced diet having variety of food groups give 3 meals and two healthy snacks add ghee to every meal good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
