You need to increase more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in babies Diet along with proper water intake to maintain good hydration.

I think you to constipation or hard motion your child is facing a lot of problem and also since it seems like your child is not having good amount of fluids also which is why the motion is hard try to increase the water content into the body by giving good amount of liquid
