rashes over the body can be because of different reasons such as any kind of allergy or also sometimes it can be quite normal may be because of the dryness of the skin or also maybe because of any kind of new food which is added into the diet.
just observe the child for two days and applied the plain coconut oil and if the rashes are not subsiding and if the child develops itching or fever then definitely you have to consult with the pediatrician
