mera baby ko tiny white patch on his face esa me koi prblm toh nhi kya hai white patch khatam ho sakta hai time ke saath

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by drychness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very importaint and maintain a good hygiene .
