A. kou problem hai small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to visit your doctor for a proper check up if it is happening after each and every motion then definitely it is a little matter of concern
