ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. There is no need to give gripe water to the baby and if baby is having any digestion related issues then give bonnisan drops to the baby and always burp after feeds and give tummy time to baby

As it contains harmful chemical
Take a good care
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Maintain hygiene
