Mera baby 3 months ka hai. Ye feed nai leta proper or dono hands muh me daal ke rakhta hai.

mam,to avoid it ,prefer feeding position in which you both feel comfortable.
for example
you can try cradle position, football position etc.
make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child.
keep the environment calm and dark while feeding
