mera baby 3 Month 17 days ka h..only brestmilk leta h....usko bahut jyada watery poop hota h....jo din 4 se 5 baar hota h....mai abhi apne village aai hun ...yha k dctr ko dikhaya to unhone"NEOPEPTINE" Drops carminative mixture with digestive enzymes .......ye diya h....kya mai baby ko de sakti hun???

Loose motion are mostly infective which could be bacterial or viral in origin. the most important thing is fluid and electrolyte imbalance which can cause dehydration and further complications which should be managed properly. Initially probiotics can be given along with zinc supplement and ors solution. Antibiotics should be given if required by the docdetor only .
