Give three meal and one snack a day
Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

yes you can.
it will help to strengthen your child immunity.
but if you are introducing the external milk first time,you should give milk in few spoons quantity at first.
and check whether your child is allergic to it or not.
