Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. vomikind drops to the baby. vIt is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
