mera 10 months phle c section hua tha mere cut wali jgha skin fully fully hai ...kya ye normal hai

Yes it’s all normal
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
