ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. yes you can use as prescribed. avoid cold climate, cold winds. give plenty of feeds , adequate rest to the baby. indirect steam , hot water bath will also help. consult your paediatrician if baby is feeding less, excessively drowsy or if cold increases.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old child7 years agoA. hello..yes it is given for. cold..in regards to medicine it is always better to check with your doctor...do not give any medication unless is advised by doctor...please check your doctor he can guide you better on this..the dose is usually given based in baby weight..you can give any medication only if doctor as advised
