mara bata 3 year kha hai. us sa baar baar poti aa rahee hai din ma 3 4 baar jata hai dehydration nhii para par pata nhii kue bar barr ja raha hai please suggest

A. hello make sure to keep the child hydrated well n any concern then is better to check ur doctor n she will be able to guide u accordingly n no worries
