#Mamaxpert My daughter is 2.5 years old and my wife recently diagnosed with hypothyroid. Her TSH is 33.9. Please advice, what should we do?

A. Hello ma’am The only thing that you can do right now is to go for a proper exercise your wife should start gymming and running is the best thing to deal with hyperthyroid so she should start running for at least 40 to 45 minutes a day on an every day basis maintain a proper diet and regime and then she can lose all her weight with time
