Q.
I am a mother of 2 years old boy my TSH is 8 I have diagnosed yesterday..I want to know its severe thyroid.Tommorrw I have an appointment with doctor...if anybody can tell..I am so stressed

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. do not worry it is not severe thyroid you have to take medicines get the TSH after 6 months For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

In Normal terms if it is higher then about five then it is considered high so if it is five then you know you already eat so of course it would be on the higher side that’s what I know but still since I’m not a doctor I am just giving you a rough idea about of what I know
