if your child is suffering from loose motions and if it contains mucus blood and it is foul smelling there is some bacterial infection for which a proper antibiotic treatment is required

My daughter had same problem last year. She was treated in hospital for 3 days for stomach infection. If ur daughter is suffering from stomach pain while passing sthool, Oral treatment will not work in this case. You should take her to a child specialist immediately where stool test can be performed.

It is caused due to dehydration in my childhood I used to face that problem 
Make her drink plenty of water and use any lubricant to apply to avoid bleeding
